I like to utilise a very wide variety of tools and techniques with the colour therapy tools I use. I have worked with babies, children, teenagers, adults and animals; for learning and development, health and wellbeing and general balancing.

We can utilise specific colours for remembering information for exams and work, learning and assisting with development.
Colours are a great tool for balancing, lowering and managing symptoms like; anxiety, depression, PTSD, hormones, periods, premenopausal, perimenopause, menopause, post menopause, thoughts of su*c*de, coping after trauma and abuse; Mental/Emotional/Physical/Spiritual/Emotional wellbeing.

I have used it with Fashion; Interiors and the Therapies so find it an invaluable tool for everyday life.

Energy Healing is something we can all wake up in ourself, so we may heal our self. I believe we all have what we need to overcome anything in life; it is a case of remembering who we are deep inside and connecting to our heart.

Through Shamanic Healing, Energy Healing and Reiki, we can learn to relax our nervous system and come back to our heart. Releasing stagnant energies and stuck emotions, so our body can vibrate at a healthier higher vibratory rate.

Tools and techniques assist to bring our cells into a healthier mode, adding more light energy. Old stuck and unhealthy cells have no choice but to leave the body, so new healthy cells may expand and grow.

Light cannot survive in the dark, so we make our body lighter. Thus, any areas with dis ‘ease’ may be brought back into alignment, creating ‘ease’ within our cells and body.

The gong allows us to see and feel within, to our inner mirror, reflecting to us what is to be healed. Then the powerful strong vibrations of sound penetrate deep within your heart to allow the necessary healing for you to release what no longer serves you.

This is where the real healing begins as the vibrations of sound then work to re balance your entire being, emotionally, physically, mentally, environmentally and spiritually, bringing you into whole-ness.

The vibrations bounce your cells to vibrate at a higher frequency, so that cell renewal can take place. Gongs allow for a very intense deep healing to happen.

Coloured Light Therapy, also known as Chromotherapy, uses varying light wavelengths to influence our health and wellbeing.

We can utilise different colours to balance our emotional state, reducing anxieties, manage stress levels, improve focus and increase energy levels.

Light therapy may be a useful tool for pain management, boosting circulation and reducing inflammation in the body. Light triggers an increase in the circulation, lowering oxidative stress and decreasing inflammatory markers.
I like to incorporate Light tools in healing and therapy; as both people and animals I have worked with have had some fast results.

Through Shamanic Healing, I incorporate all the tools and techniques. Think of it as using all the keys on a piano to create a bigger tune. Everybody is different, so Shamanism homes in on people’s individuality so they may receive the healing and tools they require in that moment. It is extremely intuition led, as a practitioner or Shaman, you feel the person’s energy in their body to see where it is out of alignment.

With the help of tools, techniques and energies, we can move out the stagnant and stuck areas, making space for new, lighter, healthier cells to reproduce and a lighter body for moving forward in life.
I enjoy teaching the techniques, as it empowers you to be able to carry forward the knowledge, enabling you to help yourself.

People have free will and things in life happen. So, we clear the yuckiness', then if something does come up, you are in a lighter place of awareness to deal with it and clear it / heal more quickly and easily.

Shamanic journeying utilises the use of drum beats to take you deep into your heart space to connect in with your power, for inner guidance, healing and medicine, to assist you on your journey and get questions answered for your highest good.

We connect in with animal guides, spirit guides and any other helping energies to bring you more in harmony with your true self, your life and where you have anything lacking that you would like more clarity and wholesomeness. 
This is a beautiful ancient technique that brings about immense peace and restorative profound healing.

Singing bowls allow us to reach a calm state, enabling a type of meditative state. The soothing sounds from natural crystal help wash over us so we may settle into a deep relaxation. Helping us to relax the mind, reduce cortisol and calm our nervous system.

It is believed the vibrational frequencies can influence us releasing any stuck emotions, potentially relieving pains and tensions and aiding in chakra balancing.

Singing bowls may reduce anxieties, grief and frustrations, giving us an emotional and mental re-set.
When we are in a calm meditative state, we are in a place of stillness, and our body can heal more easily. This enables us to feel and release what no longer serves us, making space for a more peaceful way of being.

Sometimes the energy of a space feels ‘off’. Perhaps you can’t put your finger on it. Or maybe you feel unwelcome energies or guests. Maybe struggling to sell your house or would like to cleanse your new space.
